We all have busy lives. Hustling, rushing from A to B, dealing with to-do lists in every corner, thinking things through, being a lot in our heads. And sometimes in the process, we forget we have a body with its own needs.
Every Body Knows is an event to give space to our bodies, to relax, and to reset.
It’s about movement, exploration, and playfulness. It’s a moment to rebalance our focus, and bring our minds and bodies together, as the team they’re supposed to be.
You don’t need anything but a body and a bit of curiosity to take part. No dance move. No mindfulness expertise, no spiritual practice (if you have any of those, great!).
What you’ll leave with:
Everyone will take exactly what they need from this event, but chances are you’ll leave with more lightness, a sense of peace and alignment, and this special glow you get when you’ve done something you enjoyed. You know what we’re talking about!
We don’t have a program. We will share suggestions and tools for a fresh perspective on how to listen to your body, and better integrate its requests in your daily routine.
We’ll show you how to turn inwards, how to listen, and how to process and release through your body.
You can follow, or you can wing it. It’s a space of freedom and a moment just for you.
